Nine West Women's Rocha Pump

I ordered these shoes in black and they are sexy and stunning!. I ordered them in 9 narrow and I was very surprised of the perfect fit. I think I could have gotten away with even a Med in this shoe. Because my heel is soooo narrow, it hugs my heel like a shoe should but not too tight. Most narrows Don't fit my heel like this so I don't have that space in the back. Yay! When I first took them out the box, I said oh my..this is too slim then I tried them on and realized that they fit, so ladies if you are a slim (AA) which is so hard to fine, and you want a sexy pump, this may be it.! I wore them inside for hours to make sure they may be a keeper. I wanted to stretch them a little. Then I tried them with hose, they felt much better, so in cold weather, I can look forward to wearing with my suits/dresses. I am even considering stretching them with my shoe stretchers. The fit is very supportive and the high heel is very comfortable. Sexy Sexy Shoe.

I have read the previous reviews and decided to get myself these shoes. They have surpassed my expectations about shoes ever. I was walking all day and dancing all night and my feet were not tired and I have not gotten the blisters. They felt like slippers. I got them in color nude and they go with fancy dress or work outfit. Everyone complements me on the shoes and asks what designer are they and where have I purchased them. I would buy another color but they are a bit expensive for me. They fit true to size, it is amazing. I wore them on my bare feet without liners or pantyhose and they were almost like sneakers. They make your legs slender. I recommend these shoes. This is a dream pump. Thanks nine west.

The shoe runs large. I generally am nervous about ordering down a size because my thought is always "better too big than too small"...I am a very very standard size 7. My foot is slightly wide and I sometimes have to wear a 7.5...For that reason I bought a size 7. They are slightly too big and lift off at the heel (as do most high heeled pump)...This is EASILY fixed with an insole however in hindsight I would suggest to go half a size down from your SMALLEST shoe size you own.As for comfort, definitely one of the more comfortable heels I've worn and I don't like wearing heels...ever. You have to expect that with a pump over 2 inch there's going to be some discomfort. These are super comfortable and super cute.I'm tall and I love how heels elongate my legs but I always worry about being taller than my boyfriend. The low platform keeps me at a manageable height.If you're on the fence about buy these, just buy them. They're worth it. (I will probably purchase these in a nude and other colors if I can find them)

True to size, generous toe box. Nice platform look without being ridiculously over the top. Have purchased this style in 6.5 and 7 and have found both to be comfortable and wearable, not too narrow. Cushioned foot bed. Quality construction and materials. Another reviewer was displeased because some of the styles are "not leather." Some of them are canvas, some are leather, some are suede, some are patent and MIGHT be vinyl, or they MIGHT be patent leather.November 2011: It is necessary to update and downgrade rating on this shoe. It's still sexy, nice to look at, fits ok. Great if you're just sitting there, looking nice. Like everyone else, I "walk right out" of these shoes no matter how many heel grips, cushion pads, and anything else you can think of. The only thing that works is I bought some 11 or 12 inch nylon cat collars and wrapped them around the shoe and buckled them on top of my foot. Works great if you secure the strap on the bottom of the shoe with a little double-face foam tape to keep the strap from slipping down. This only works if you're wearing slacks and the slacks hide the strap. The other thing I tried is those elastic dress clips, the ones with the suspender-type clasp clipped to the shoe. The only problem with those is that they leave indentations on the sides of the shoe.The shoes look great. You just can't walk in them, even if you size down, you still can't walk in them and they'll be uncomfortable. Great for sitting.Still rate them a 3 because they are very attractive shoes.UPDATE: Found another way to make these wearable. Use heavy duty sticky back hook and loop tape and make some straps out of sturdy upholstery-type clear plastic and make some invisible straps to go across top of vamp. Works well, but the hook and loop does catch on nylon hose. Sort of like those clear plastic straps for lingerie. Could probably use those straps and modify for the shoe with the sticky hook and loop tape.

I have great luck with Nine West heels, and these did not disappoint. Wore these to a wedding and only took them off to dance; otherwise I was able to wear them comfortably enough for hours. They're still high heels, but I was really happy with the fit and feel. The look is close to what you see - I got the gold/black sequined version (that's no longer available as of this posting) and it's wonderfully sparkly. I don't think I realized how much black & white would be visible in real life, but looking at the photo again it's pretty close. The only downside is that the fabric is rough, so it's not comfortable if it rubs against your skin (I guess I cross my legs in weird ways), and I'd be careful about packing them with delicate fabrics. But it's a nitpick with shoes I'm really happy with.
