Sticks and bends
I needed the rubber trim to go between some steel and a gas tank to keep it from rubbing. It worked great and was easy to slid onto the edge of the steel. I like that you could remove the red plastic inside so it would stick and stay in place. Very good product for the money. It also contoured around a corner of the steel.

Check the thickness of what you need
Works very well , the glue tape is very sticky and adhesive. The instructions for removing the tape works perfectly.I put this on a tray for the bottom of my bird cage because the edges are not folded or rolled so it felt like it was cutting into my fingers when trying to clean the tray .This edge strip is perfect for very thin single sheet edging but they have different sizes and thickness of what you need. Will definitely use again and different sizes

Great for protecting 3/4" wood doors
Worked perfectly to wrap two 3/4" pine swinging doors that were getting beaten up by traffic. They were easy to apply, easy to cut to make the corners and have stayed on through a lot of traffic so far.

Works and looks good
Worked very well. Looked good and provided protection for the edge of a ramp I made for our dog. A bit of a challenge to install. Need to measure carefully. Once it’s on you can’t easily reposition it.

Would buy again
I put this on the bottom lip of a heavy steel table to protect floors. No complaints about consistency, fit, adherence, etc. but the red tape protecting the adhesive does seem to shrink with temperature changes resulting in it pulling off in places. This was a minor annoyance that didn't impact application beyond sometimes having the tape on the wrong side which required peeling off the trim and resetting. Think this happened 3 times on 8 linear feet.

easy to apply great product
used it to cover sheet metal flashing. I put flashing around the septic tank risers as the weedeater was not so friendly. the flashing seemed sharp so by putting this over the edges loos great and should be alot safer. a+

It's not leak proof
I bought this to line the dog's food and water bowls to try to stop them from leaking through the raised platform they are set in, onto the floor (or at least reduce the amount of liquid leaking off it). The rubber tape adheres well to the edge of the metal bowls and comes off easily (after adding water, it really doesn't stay on). My dog drinks about 1/2 his bowl and the rest goes EVERYWHERE else (walls, baseboards, floor, window sill, etc.) so trying to find something to help waterproof his drinking area would be really wonderful. If anything we're re-pressing this on daily which is vexing (so it's probably getting removed). It isn't as useful as I hoped it'd be but it was worth a try. I'm pretty sure it wasn't meant for this purpose but sometimes things can surprise you.
