Highly recommended
The wheeled cart is incredibly convenient and easy to maneuver. The bypass valve design is practical—no need to disconnect hoses when switching modes. Thoughtful details like these make a big difference. No more worrying about water spots after washing! The deionized water delivers amazing results, leaving the car body mirror-like and shiny. Hassle-free and professional.

Better window washing results than the professionals!
I should have bought this years ago. I used to hire professional window washers at $300-400 per visit. This iSpring unit made window washing a breeze and gave me a better outcome than the professionals...very effective. I was able to wash every window without squeegeeing at all. The result is a beautiful, spot-free window. Hands down the best value for the money, pays for itself in one use! It's compact in size and is easy to move around. Easy to operate and was leak-free! I like that the filter longevity will last me several years.

Stress free washing!
Great product. It does what it says. With this, you can do a better job than any car wash. Get yourself a cheap water particulate tester so you know when to change the filters. When they’re new you can literally just wash and walk away. I still do a rub down with a ceramic wax but there’s no need to rush. I wash my truck and wife’s car and the filters lasted about 7 months. I had one of gaskets tear and Nick from product support is sending me a whole new set no charge!

Perfect for rinsing off house windows
Been using this for several months and although I like the iSpring for rinsing off my black truck after a washing, I tend to use it mostly for my home's windows. Yes, I wash my house windows more frequently than my truck...because "it's a truck"...dirt is good for it. I live in a *very* dusty and windy area. Folks out here are cleaning their windows every few weeks (or paying a professional every few months to do the same). Pulling screens and playing with ladders...no thanks. To keep my windows nice and clean in between annual deep cleans, I just wheel this out every other week and give the windows a quick rinse. Don't even need to take the screens off...dries without spotting/streaking and saves me time and money (no ladder required). Two thumbs up. The iSpring folks even called to follow-up on how I was liking the product and any thoughts I had about it's use. Very nice, US-based folks who speak plain English and are extremely helpful. -Ted T.

Works as expected even with our hard well water.
Let me start off by saying the customer support is 10 stars. They will respond to you in a timely manner. My first wash was a disappointment. I knew going in my water was hard and has a tds of approx 700. But it turns out I needed to change my methods. I was using a cheap foam wash and an even worse foam gun not to mention I was washing in direct sun. After switching to a quality lubricating foam wash and a quality foam gun and not washing in direct sun, the results were what I excepted. Zero water spots. My vehicle is new and ceramic coated. After washing and rinsing I do go around the vehicle with an air blower for about 3-5 min.’s to get most of the water off. But the leftover water dries spotless.

Was good
Bought this for my black corvette I used it only about 9 times and always used the the bypass valve while washing and rinsing the car and only the final rinse did I turn on the filtered water and it worked GREAT untill it didnt !!! Now here I am a few months later and only 9 rinses and it’s no longer filtering the water and the replacement resin cartridge is almost $200 to replace really wish it lasted for more than 9 rinses crazy to think it costed over $40 per rinse using this filter. I went from telling all my friends and family about what a AWESOME cleaning tool I got to being very disappointed with this purchase should last longer and be cheaper to replace the cartridges

Finally! Soft Water for a spot-free carwash
Overall solid product. Generally detail cars using a 'rinseless' approach with distilled or DI water, and got tired of going to the local grocery for it. This system makes it way easier to source soft water, and is portable enough to be mobile. I am also able to use this in conjunction with my Ryoi pressure washer (1.8psi/1.2gpm) and do not experience any reduction in performance. Took me a few times using it to learn to drain the water/hose line AND 'de-pressurize' the containers before disconnecting things (water goes everywhere). I use quick connects on both sides for convenience. No leaks or drips.- everything connects and works as it should. During the install I ran into some challenges and called iSpring Water Customer Support. The support rep, Nick, was super helpful and took immediate action to help resolve (10/10 customer support, thanks Nick!!).

Resin only lasted 5 car washes, and the replacement cartridges are out of stock everywhere.
I used this filter 6 times, over a span of 1 year, and the resin is used up or has otherwise failed somehow. For the first 5 washes, it worked amazingly well with zero water spots and great flow rate. On the 6th wash, the water had a funky fish-like smell and the hard water spots are worse than if I didn't use the filter at all. $400 for 5 car washes is insane. Worse yet, even if I wanted to spend another $200 on replacement resin, there's no replacement resin cartridges available anywhere! Everyone is out of stock. I'm left with trying to disassemble the cartridges and hopefully refill them with 3rd party resin. Save your money and buy the name brand system; this one is not worth your money.
