Great, but not the best
I've been taking multi-vitamin gummies for a long time, but recently added beet root gummies to the mix to improve blood circulation. These taste great and are a good price. My only negative on these is the type of gummy -- as you chew, it gets a bit stuck in the teeth. I've tried one other brand and the gummies were a bit better texture and didn't get stuck between teeth as much.

I have been taking these daily for about 3 years now and I have to tell you, my blood pressure has been PERFECT for the last 1-1/2 years. Seriously, 110/70. I was never below 145/85 before. I am impressed and so was my GP.
