Cnc conversion
I have just finished changing this machine over to a cnc machine.. I used ball nuts on all Axis’s and closed loop steppers. I will be posting photos and hand drawings and maybe some video of how I did this. I used a centroid acorn with cnc 12.

Mismatched components.
The drawbar that came with the machine is not the proper thread for r8 tool holders should be (7/16-24). The er32 tool holder is tapped for an m12 x 1.75 thread. The vise tha comes with it is absolute garbege So basically the machine I'm paying about $2000 for is initially useless. The seller needs to send me the proper draw bars. And don't include a vise if it's only garbage.
