Papo's Jurassic Park-inspired highly detailed toy models in dynamic poses.
Much like Papo's other figures, these are highly detailed and painted fairly elaboratly. They have a lot of details both with the mold and paint job. The only downside is that they are all not to scale with each other. Unlike figures from PSNO or Haolonggood, these are not scientifically accurate, but for an artistic rendition of a mashup between that and Jurassic Park, they're pretty awesome. This Pteranodon is static, in that nothing moves on it. I actually had wished they made the jaw moveable so as to hold maybe a miniature fish or for a more dynamic action as it's in either mid-flight or hanging upside down as suggested by the feet (if they did that)

Very good dinosaur toys.
These Papo dinosaurs are by far the best dinosaur toy/sculpts I've ever bought. I'm an artist by trade and the quality of each toy blows me away. Very detailed sculpts, wrinkles, scales and skin stretching are all visible. The paint job is always extremely well done. It seems to be a combination of ink wash, dry brush and airbrushing where needed. The small scale detail really pops when given this paint treatment. The toys are made of a very durable plastic, but you might not want to be rough with them because there are some very thin areas on a few dinos. Arms and fingers of the theropods could break off. Hasn't happened to any of mine yet and my kids play with them, but not harshly. I'm going to be duplicating this review for all of the papo dinos that look really good.

This Pteranodon figure is beautifully made, nicely proportioned and is realistically coloured. A great toy for children, but not for those that still shove things into their mouths. More of a gagging hazard than a choking hazard. A nice addition to anyone's prehistoric creature collection. Dimensions: Wingspread = 8 1/2 inches Length (head to toes) = 3 1/2 inches
