Safari WW Silverback Gorilla

Very nice action figure. I am looking for this action figure since long time. It looks straight through your heart. Very catchy.

Muy bella figura bien esculpida, tiene buen peso aunque es hueco, se ve la union del armado de la figura en la espalda lo que resta calidad, pero es un gorila muy bien logrado

忠実に再現された素晴らしい造形、特に目は茶色で本物のようです。1／10スケールで386gの重量感はなかなかのもの。ペイントは一体、一体を手作業で行っており、足の裏のシワまで丁寧に再現されているところは流石サファリ社。ただ欲を言えば背中の白い塗装、所謂シルバーバックが背中だけではなくお尻から足にかけても白くして欲しかった。個体差はあるものの、製造時期の違いで変更されたのかもしれません。残念な点がもう１つ、脇から背中にかけて繋ぎ目があること。これ、何とかなんなかったでしょうか。とは言え、ゴリラ好きにはたまらないコレクションです。

...ein beeindruckendes Gegenüber! Hatte nicht aufgepasst bei der Bestellung, der Gorilla ist wesentlich größer als alle mir bisher bekannten Figuren, sei es von Safari, Papo, oder Schleich. Er hat ein sehr schönes Gesicht, die Augen blicken braun und nachdenklich. Fast wie lebendig, der Blick. Haare und Finger sind schön ausgeformt, leider die Finger nicht bemalt (also die Finger- und Fußnägel z.B.) aber dafür sogar Lebenslinien unter den Füßen! :D Der Gorilla wiegt 390 Gramm, ist im Rumpf hohl und läßt vor allem im Rückenbereich die Naht erkennen, an welcher er zusammengefügt wurde. Mir macht das nix, meiner Meinung nach besticht er durch seinen imposanten Körperausdruck und das Gesicht. Außerdem ist er geschlechtslos. Kein Polöchli - go nix. Ist mir banani. Für Kinder, die ihn nicht zu viel (feste feste) drücken und quetschen empfehle ich ihn ab 5 Jahren. Für Rabauken die alles dürfen und sollen, also auch die Gliedmaßen biegen mit viel Lust und Wonne empfehle ich ihn nicht.

This is a good representation of a Silver Back Gorilla. Nice and solid.

So I got this for my boyfriend as a gift for celebrating six months of being together. Dorky, I know. But anyway. He's a huge fan of gorillas. They're his favorite animal and initially, I wanted to get him a stuffed animal for a gift. But during my browsing for that, I stumbled upon this figurine and fell in love. I knew he'd love it and thought the price was worth it, so I went for it. Arrived in the mail right on time and I was caught off-guard when the mail lady started walking to the house carrying it, so I got out to take it off her hands and that's when I realized: the box was kind of heavy! It made me excited to open it, and when I did, out came a flawless, lifelike figurine of a gorilla that immediately took MY breath away - and I didn't even get it for me! When I gave it to my boyfriend, he was awed by the amount of detail in his gorilla. There's even fur-like texture across the back, and wrinkles on the bottoms of the hands and feet! Needless to say, this figurine is great as a gift for people who love gorillas or for little ones who want to learn about exotic animals. Worth every penny. My boyfriend was very happy to get it and I highly doubt anyone buying this would be disappointed. Thanks again, Amazon!
