Easy to swallow
Easy to swallow. You don't really taste them, they go down so fast. I take beetroot capsules in the hope of improving my blood pressure, on days when I cant be bothered to make a beetroot smoothie. These are more expensive than other brands on Amazon, but it is worth it because these go down much more smoothly so you don't choke.
