Although the pads are turning a dirty blackish colour, I'm unsure of whether they are actually drawing toxins out or if the sweat/heat of my feet are simply turning the pads a dirty blackish colour.so far I've not really felt any actual benefit from using them. That's not to say they are not working.

These are very much a fad that does not work, the blackness on the patch is supposed to be the impurities drawn from your body, is just the charcoal from the patch itself...avoid these and save yourself some money

I actually do think these work. Easy to be sceptical about them, but I'm sure I feel a bit more refreshed in the morning when I've worn them at night, and feel a bit better.

Sometimes these arrive with insufficient adhesive but product is good.
