Lovely product. Makes excellent coffee. It's a simple tool that is supposed to do it's job and it does it fairly well. No complains

The media could not be loaded. Not good its leaking profusely. Coffee also tastes bad because of that.

Firstly the product is awesome, superb build quality and material is really promising. I had lost a spare part and raised the concern with their team and within 2 business days the part was delivered. Most amazingly the support team personally coordinated with me to make sure I received the item and the person who was assisting me was always available to answer any of my concerns.What else can a customer expect if the product is fantastic and the after sales support team is brilliantly customer centric.

Biggest disappointment with this pot is its very unpredictable. Sometimes coffee bursts out, sometimes nothing comes out. Same coffee type, same coffee volume, same water level, same flame level.After every use (actual coffee output is maximum sufficient for 2 people for 240 ml moka pot) in case company expects to clean with water & vinegar (same process as that of coffee making), then its waste of gas & money.Update:After use of few months: 1) Heat up water outside and then pour in this pot. Time taken will be reduced and more importantly patience will not tested. 2) As mentioned above, we need to clean with water, vinegar after few uses. Reason is because in the pipe and valve inside, coffee remains get accumulated which requires cleaning at regular intervals. Overall compared to other Moka Pot cost in similar category, this is not a bad choice. Note, you can not compare it with Ecspresso Coffee machine; as cost, maintenance evrything will be expensive there.

The media could not be loaded. Apart from leaking from the middle there are no problems. While it seems like a small issue, it's actually a big flaw.Unfortunately, it is unable to build up adequate steam pressure, no matter the technique that is used. Whether I tighten it to the max, or just slightly less; whether I use hot water or cold water; more coffee, or less coffee...Ultimately the design is flawed, and it probably needs a slightly larger silicone gasket.This is the second piece that I'm using. Thought that if I got a replacement, things would be ok. As you can see, things are not ok...
