These work for me and I got them when I was doing a lot of air travel across the Atlantic...too much sitting blocks one up and I always knew that these aloe pills would help me. I ran out of them and bought some cheap ones at the health food shop (Holland and Barrett brand) and those did not work the same, for sure, so I was glad to find these online again after searching Boots and the other Heath shops. Nobody seemed to stock them anymore.

Very impressed with this! Suffered from ibs, constipation and stomach cramps for years! These tablets really help to keep me regular, they have minimum side effects and are very natural unlike some other unpredictable laxatives, I would recommend this to anyone with with stomach issues, I take two tablets every night and my ibs symptoms have greatly reduced 😁

I had a lot of problems before using this so when I order it. Didn't think that it would work but after taking it up to 3 a day its finally sorting things out would recommend this item
