Over the past year, i've been building up a plethora of smart devices, all of which are controlled by my phone - except my LED lights, controlled by a tacky looking controller.This has definitely been made for universal compatibility with all normal LED strips. Setup process is relatively trivial, you just need to figure out where your RGB are on your pre-existing light connectors.The app is intuitive and allows for easy colour or scene selection - as well as a Camera mode for picking colours in addition to moving the lights to the music.Due to you having to sign up to use these to their full potential, I've been using them in combination with IFTTT - which I've been a big fan of recently. By doing this you can add a toggle on/off button as a shortcut on your Android smartphone home screen for instance.Overall if you've got a basic set of LED lights and are looking to make them "smarter", get this.

This little box is an ideal addition to an LED strip, especially if you have an Amazon Echo. Works well with a simple user interface. Just be aware that it doesn’t just plug in, you may well need to cut some wires and add some connectors, all very simple though.

Useless. Doesn't stay online, and makes up its own colours when verbally commanded using Alexa. I have 2 others from another brand that perform perfectly, but this one certainly does not.

Added this to an existing setup that has around 25m of lights, combination of white on top and down onto worktop and colour on kickboards and it's been working solid on timers the past 2 years!

Really good device, adds a little bit to the smart home

worked for a few days before the Blue channel died. Now the controller is only capable of providing colours of red/green, waste of money.
