I recently got my hands on this fantastic battery-operated heated blanket with a zipper, and I can't help but share the joy it's brought into my winter adventures. I love this heated blanket! It has 3 modes as pictured. Red for high, green for medium, and blue for low. It honestly starts heating up almost immediately which is super nice. It’s really soft and cozy and I love that I can zip it and wear it like a poncho or unzip it and use it as a throw blanket. It has a little pocket on the inside which holds the power pack and that holds a charge for quite some time. If for some reason you loose it, you can still use the blanket but hooking it up to a traditional USB charger. I love that it comes with the power bank because you can literally throw the blanket in the included carrying bag and take this baby anywhere for on the go coziness! Really nice quality and I’m so glad I decided to get it because my house, especially my bedroom, gets cold in the winter and I love using this when I’m snuggled up watching TV/movies.

I wanted to have a good experience with the Zierot Heated Portable Blanket. The main problem is that the very tiny manual with illustrations that are so small, it is hard to read. Also, some of the illustrations depict pictures of a Battery Pack that does not look like the V20 or V21 model. So, you can get confused on how to put everything together. There are also safety & washing of the Blanket separately from the Battery Pack instructions that must be read, but once again it is hard to read. Also, there is no USB plug included with the purchase to attach to the smaller white 2 ended USB cord. <However, you can use the USB plug that you already have in your home that you are using for your smart phone, that you plug into the wall socket>. The Battery Pack that came with the Blanket came partially charged at around 45%. So, you must charge it to 100% in order to use it with the Blanket. The instructions also advises that when you connect the Battery Charger to the interior USB Cord within the inner pocket lining, you must lay the Blanket out flat & not bunch it up, which might impact how evenly the blanket heats up. I especially love, the (3) colored temperature lights <red, blue & green> on the (1) outer push button which is in Celsius <not Fahrenheit mode>. This is okay too. I keep it on the blue 48 degrees Celsius mode, which is 118.4 degrees Fahrenheit. So, when some of the reviews have indicated that the Blanket only gets warm on one side, yes, that is where it seems to start, but you have to lay the Blanket out flat & then put it on & allow another 5 to 10 minutes for the Blanket to heat up all around. The warmth that I felt on my shoulders, back & general areas near my neck was so soothing, I decided that if I wanted to prolong the Battery Charger once it starts to get closer to 40% or lower, I will purchase a separate Zierot V21 Battery Pack that looks just like the V20 version. ***Update ...Refund issued.So much for customer service....I sent and email explaining what happened with this shawl/blanket and didn't get any response... This is what happened within about a month of use. Of course over the return time frame. I'm guessing since I didn't get a response it's probably not a fluke. Definitely not worth the money for it to only last a month. It only runs off battery but I'm thinking it could be a fire hazard.I purchased your heated shawl/blanket for my mom at the end of October she absolutely loves it. I noticed however when I helped her up yesterday the material on the back side up around the shoulder area looked a little matted compared to the rest of the fabric and had a slight discoloration on one side. It appears that the fabric got a little hot in that spot. I'd like to think that this is a fluke and see about getting a replacement.

I received the product and it was charged at 67%. It took about 15 minutes to warm up and then 30 minutes for the battery to completely die. I charged the battery overnight. The charge works great for about an hour. It takes a but long to warm up and then the battery dies less than the 2 hours it claims. I would recommend this product if you are just wanting it as a back up blanket but not something for daily use. The softness of the blanket is amazing!!! Unfortunately, the cable is not removable so the blanket is not washing machine approved. So, if you spill something you have to be careful and wash it by hand. The neat thing is the charger doubles as a phone charger in a pinch! I give it 4 stars because I am impressed with the softness and it is perfect for just shoulder or just feet warmth.
