Seller asks you to contact them directly for any issues but that is only to keep you missing the 30 day Amazon return window and then they will NOT fix antyhing.It takes hours to try to get Amazon to solve the issue but then you lose over $10 in restocking fees.terrible experience with product and with the seller who is manipulating the Amazon system.

This device looks like a standard USB charger block; the camera is so small that it’s unnoticeable without a direct close-up look. The recording system works smoothly with both continuous recording and motion activated recording. Very handy tool for monitoring was going around around the house. Be sure and have a microSD available. Very impressed with this and like the multi functional use in the device.

Despite the description saying charge for 3 hours before use this camera does not have a battery it must be plugged in or have a power source. Other than that its actually very good quality picture and sound.

After the free trial they want you to pay $60/yr for the service. What a rip off because they don’t tell you that in advance. It is a nice camera but the service is way to expensive. And each Addl camera creates anothe additional expensive charge. Definitely do not get this camera. There are better options out there!

Put in a 32gig card and select motion detection or leave it to run. Motion detection is great because it lasts longer. Just plug it in and put something on it to charge. Nobody noticed AND I was able to find out who was stealing my Nesspresso pods in my office! The better the light, the better the quality of the video. You really can't see the camera. The only thing is that if someone pulls it out of the socket, the face plate might come off. Other than that, it's great for the price.
