Great lighting device -- be sure to use it at an angle if you wear glasses!
For years to illuminate myself for Zoom meetings I've use a collection of 4 different desk lamps to light my face. I finally decided to unclutter my desk and use one light source, so I tried this ring light. It works very well! If you have a free-standing monitor, the mounting hardware that comes with this works well to balance on top of the monitor in much the same way that web-cams do. It's not permanently attached but it is fairly secure. If you wear glasses, however, this ring light is small enough to reflect into your webcam as circles where your eyes should be. I have it off to the side a bit so the angle allows the web-cam to see my eyes without the light reflected in them. I have a need to move it slightly back from my laptop (which I use as my main office computer) so I needed to purchase an extendable tripod (there are some available for not much money which work very well). Some other lights have more variety than this light but I find that the variety possible with this light is all that I need -- it's either warm white or bright white, and there are 10 levels of intensity for each of the two temperatures of light. The switch is in the middle of the cable and the power button glows blue when it's plugged into a USB power source (I have it plugged into a powered hub) but turned off which makes it easy to locate in a darker room. Once the light is turned on the blue highlight goes out. For the price this is an excellent value and may be the only light you need for online meetings.

Great basic ringlight for virtual meetings
This is a good basic ring-light for Zoom calls. My current computer setup unfortunately faces the corner of the room and a wall with no windows, so my lighting for Zoom calls made it look like I was sitting in a cave. This ring light really helped to improve the video quality on my calls without making me look like I had a spotlight shining in my face. It's really easy to use, just USB plug and play. I like that there are quite a few brightness and warmness levels to play around with, since that easily lets me adjust for the ambient light in the room. Plus an on/off switch! It's shocking how many of these ring lights don't come with one! The USB plug is a USB-A (the old style rectangular USB port), so if your computer is newer you may need a USB-A to USB-C/lightning port adapter.

Brightens You Up Without Taking Over Your Desk
This is a great little ring light — big enough to make a noticeable difference, but not so big that it takes over your desk. The brightness and color settings are easy to adjust, and it really improved how I look on camera for recordings and video calls. The only slightly tricky part is getting it positioned exactly where you want it. Once you take a moment to set it right, though, it stays put just fine. I also like that it’s USB-powered, so no batteries to mess with, and it’s small enough to toss in a bag if I want to bring it somewhere. Overall, it’s a simple, effective upgrade for better lighting — and my “Zoom face” is thanking me.

Best light ever
I bought this quickly because we have to be on camera for meetings for a civic group I'm part of. Wow. It works very well and it has a hundred little options for lighting color and for intensity. I should have bought this sooner. Would be great for anyone who uses social media or works from home!

Bright Like The Sun
It doesn't require charging, all you have to do is plug it in your computers USB port and then power it on! If you're looking for a light that doesn't involve turning your bedroom light on, it doesnt get any better than this for your zoom meeting/streaming/you tuber needs. Customer service was also real nice about the warranty!

Adequate, But Can’t Recommend for Desktop Use
I’m not a streamer, nor am I doing make-up tutorials on social media. I just wanted a little fill-in light for videoconferencing with coworkers. Pros: This light is perfectly adequate, more than bright enough, has selectable color temperatures, and was able to really improve picture quality and make me look much less haggard and sickly in video streams. It’s small and portable and would work well for a mobile professional with a laptop on the go. Cons: It just isn’t well-designed for desktop use. The monitor mount is deeper than most modern bezels, I had to wedge it up to not cover the screen. The USB-A cord is permanently attached and can’t be replaced and is relatively short, I had to find an extension. It doesn’t come with a power adapter, I had to find a spare. The controls are halfway down the cord, I was working on a solution to attach this where it would remain accessible…then realized I was doing a lot to force this to work for a use case it just wasn’t designed for and decided to return it for something better designed for desktop use. If you’re looking for a bit of face lighting for your mobile office, this little light is a good value. If you’re set-up with a home office and a desk where you’re looking to semi-permanently add some lighting, I recommend looking for a better option.

Great lighting
Worked great for streaming. I love the warm light more but sometimes needed the led. Both worked and looked amazing. Not sure if it was just mine but it feel 1 time and shattered. But I would recommend either way!

While this light works well enough, not quite was I was looking for in terms of use for video calls. The Brightness isnt quite right but it's good enough

I think this is very expensive for the quality of it By buying it more that a 100$ the quality would have been better You need to plug it to electricity doesn’t work with the USB of your computer I am very disappointed.

Really great light to add to my monitor while working from home in a room without much natural light. Love the different light types and being able to lighten/darken as needed/as the day goes by.

Really good. Still working a year later and great option for warm/cold hue and intensity.

Yes, it does the job. I use it all the time. Experiment with the controls. There are lots of choices and angles.
