I had a pair of black jeans that I really liked, so I decided to give this dye a try. Although the instructions state that it is not effective if chlorine has come into contact with the fabric, I can confirm that it does work! Only minimal traces of the previous stains remain. The treatment was easy: Pour half of the dye directly onto the stains until the dye is thoroughly soaked in. The brightest fabric dye ever! 🤩 💛
A fabric dye brighter than the Sun itself, the fluorescence is amazing! You can tailor it to be brighter or more muted as required. The colour durability depends on how long you wash the garment you’ve dyed with it for and also the composition of the fabric you’ve dyed as well. If it’s natural fibre, the dye should last for a bit longer. Do not get this on your work surface though, it is bright and it is permanent. It will not be easy to clean off any counters it gets on, they will have had a neon yellow makeover if it gets on them! Trust me, I know from experience! Very unique and original fabric dye, one of my favourites!

Didn't work
Followed all the instructions, hot water, soap,salt, kept the fabric in the solution for an hour, the colour barely changed and then washed out immediately after. Can't say I'm super impressed. Maybe the other colours work better but since I was dying a light cream sheet darker I'm not sure how effective any of them will be.

Very intense colour - and not the right shade
Says to soak for 30 mins (up to 60 for not intense colour) I left my white socks for the 30 mins as suggested and they turned dark purple - not even close to the shade depicted on the bottle. Would give 1 star but giving 2 for the fact that the colour is pretty even… shame it isn’t what I wanted!

Ho già usato diverse volte il Ryt e mi ha sempre dato ottimi risultati facilmente. Si tratta di un noto colorante, made in USA, ora distribuito dallo UK. Io di solito lo uso per colorare compositi ma si può usare anche su polimeri e tessuti. Lo sconsiglio per parti portanti o sottoposte ad alto stress, ad esempio parti di moto o auto, potrebbe alterare le proprietà fisiche dei componenti, liability. Anche se a livello industriale i compositi vengono comunque colorati ma bisogna conoscerli a livello professionale. Questo è il mio terzo acquisto, di solito cerco il "synthetic" ma questa volta ho trovato l' "all purpose", non so se hanno cambiato la tipologia ma ha funzionato correttamente sulla micarta. In passato ho usato il "syntetic" (royal purple e racing red, entrambi colori molto belli 😃👍) sul del G10, questo "all purpose" indigo mi ha dato gli stessi ottimi risultati, un colore intenso e duraturo 👍 Attenzione che il colore di partenza influenza il colore finale e si può solo usare un Ryt più scuro del colore natio, non il contrario. In questo caso micarta grigia--> micarta indigo. In passato ho fatto G10 verde oliva--> G10 royal purple e G10 arancione fluo--> G10 racing red. Per colorare i compositi, il mio processo è il seguente: 1 sgrassare e pulire bene i compositi con acqua, detersivo per piatti ed alcool (non acetone, troppo agressivo) 2 scaldare un tegame d'acqua, quasi a bollitura 3 aggiungere quasi metà bottiglietta di Ryt, facoltativo anche 2 cucchiai di aceto di mele e qualche goccia di detersivo per piatti, sembrano aiutare 4 immergere i compositi G10/micarta 5 lasciare in immersione per minimo 20 minuti, probabile 30-40, fino alla completa penetrazione del Ryt. 6 ottenuta la colorazione risciacquare abbondantemente e pulire con acqua e sapone. 7 aspettare il naturale raffreddamento della soluzione e travasarla in un contenitore, si potrà riutilizzare ad oltranza ed eventualmente aggiungere altro Ryt, in seguito. Durante il processo si può tranquillamente ispezionare i pezzi occasionalmente, tenere il fuoco al minimo; è normale che il Ryt faccia fatica all'inizio, i primi 15 minuti sembra non funzionare... basta avere pazienza. Per i tessuti dovrebbe essere molto più veloce. Così ho sempre ottenuto ottimi risultati, duraturi.🥇😃👍 L'indigo in questione è molto bello, intenso, una sorta di blu violaceo. Pro -intenso, sempre alta concentrazione -colori belli ed intensi -facile da usare, diversi tutorial su YT -ottimi risultati duraturi Neutro -non ho notato grandi differenze tra il "syntetic" e l"all purpose"... nel dubbio cerco di prendere il syntetic quando possibile Contro -un pò caro ma la soluzione si può riutilizzare ad oltranza quindi si possono fare molte colorazioni, il qualità/prezzo è buono.
