Dr. Scholl's Moleskin Plus 24" x 4 5/8" Padding Roll, 1 Count

Having had the back of my ankle flayed when walking in a new pair of shoes for a few miles I bought some of this to try and prevent a repeat when I knew I would be wearing said shoes again. Was able to walk without issues and in great comfort, despite the fact I could see the abraision on the material when I took the shoes off later at bedtime. Sticky and as its a roll can be cut to whatever size or shape you want I would imagine it would great at preventing blisters as well as my issue of protecting my still regrowing skin from any more damage.

does work to protect your foot if the skin is damage either by rubbing a stone and if you just want to ease the pressure on part of your feet good stuff,

I often go hiking and I am often prone to developing blisters on my feet. The moleskin is very thick which means there will be no rubbing on the blister. It can be somewhat difficult to cut the moleskin with scissors as it’s quite thick. The adhesion onto the skin is very strong and doesn’t come off easily. The quality is really good from other moleskin I have used. Overall, there is a lot of value for your money.

This really works , i stick it inside of my shoes rather than on my skin . It does the job and stays stuck. No rubbing brilliant.

Very effective between two toes to stop rubbing and firming corns.

Didn't stick like it's supposed to, had to press it on and pull socks on quickly to hold it in place.

Recommended for my hard to break in Dr Martens, still breaking them in sadly but this has helped soften down the rough seams that are causing the blisters, will be using for more tough to break in shoes.
