I recently picked up these renewed Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and I have zero regrets – they're fantastic! The Hi-Fi sound is crystal clear with deep bass and immersive 360 Audio that makes music, podcasts, and calls feel premium. The active noise cancellation does an excellent job blocking out distractions, whether I'm working, commuting, or just relaxing. The comfort fit is spot-on with the right ear tips – they stay secure during movement, and the IPX7 water resistance gives peace of mind for workouts or light rain. Conversation Mode is a smart touch; it seamlessly lowers the volume and lets ambient sound in when someone talks to you – super handy in daily life. Occasionally, there's a minor beep noise (maybe from ANC adjustments or notifications), but it's rare and not disruptive at all – definitely not enough to be an issue. For a renewed unit, the build quality looks and feels like new, battery life holds up great, and pairing with my Samsung phones is effortless. I had a Buds Pro I got a few years ago, and then I guess they fell out of my pocket while I was out because they're gone. So I got these. Fit feels a little better than the Pros did, but I'm probably imagining that. Connects to the wear app easily and well, allowing control such as changing from surround sound to ambient sounds. Love that you can turn off touch controls. My ears are garbage at holding buds in so I constantly have to push them back in. (It's not an incorrectly sized ear-tip. Large is way too big, medium doesn't get a perfect grip. Broken ears.) I will admit I haven't tried the call option, as I seldom get calls, and haven't at all while wearing them. I do know the original Pros worked great though. Just tested it calling someone. Both of us noticed no sound issues. They didn't know I wasn't using my phone and they sounded normal to me. I am kinda sad color-wise. The original Pros had a like, glittery-ness to them, the the buds themselves were mirror-like. These are just a plain pastel purple, which I still like but don't think is as pretty. However, I think part of that is the material on the outside of the box is more tacky. The originals were smooth, and I imagine the change was to keep them from easily falling out of your pocket. The biggest issue is, if you have the white or purple, they smudge visibly easier. I had hoped that the find your earbuds option was for if you misplaced the whole thing, but it's simply for if you drop a bud and cant find it, which is disappointing. I can't give a good estimate on battery life. I just spent the past twenty minutes in a call and the buds went down 5% I don't use them a lot because I'm disabled so I don't go out much, and I've never looked at the battery% once I was done. I will say my box is still at 21% after using them for probably around 15-18 hours, so that's not bad at least.

I love the purple and they're so soft. They don't fit as well as the bud2s but they're still better than most earbuds. I wish the noise canceling was stronger (the bud2s are better for that), but it takes the edge off at least. Never had complaints from people on the other end of calls and the sound was always clear for me too. Easy connection and setup. Battery life was real good. I wish they would make a noise or show up on the location when they're dead or closed (like they should have a reserve just for that). My case quit charging the earbuds unless its plugged it. I wish I could just buy a replacement case.

I am only giving a 4 star because yes they sound great BUT with this pair the right ear bud gets random static and the static comes and goes. But the static could be due to the fact that they are Refurbished

It works great! I bought it refurbished and it definitely an upgrade from the original Buds Pro! Better noise canceling, sound and better design as well! It does work with older models such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. The case fells so nice but can easily get scratched if left in pocket with car keys and other hard objects. Battery life is not bad at all, as both buds can last 2+ hours or more, even if you you use it longer and the battery dies out, it charges super quickly. The case should charge the earbuds 3 around full battery cycles, more or less. I've read reviews about the bad comfort from the Buds 3 so I chose this one, refurbished. Good as new!

What you should know! These are the best buds I have used and also my second pair. I don't like the stem on the buds pro3 and have read the sound isn't as good. These buds are awesome! I am sure if you find some in good condition you will agree. Tech Kings This is the seller which I purchased these from. They were clean and pound just as hard as my first pair. They come with a short charging cord and only 2 sets of tips. Was a little disappointed about that as my first came with 3 pair. Be smart when cleaning! I use these a lot! That being said these buds get dirty. Be easy when cleaning them! I ruined my first pair and had to order replacements. I would do so again in a heartbeat as I love them. I hope the pro buds 4 do away with the stupid stem design and go back to this compact style.

This is my second "Amazon Renewed" purchase and I couldn't be happier. I'm very particular about the condition of the products I buy (I like to be the first to put a scratch on it) and these products don't disappoint. I always choose "excellent condition" and what I have received is essentially brand new, in fact I see no signs of wear at all. If it wasn't for the different packaging, I'd never know it wasn't brand new, but for a fraction of the cost! I will always choose Amazon Renewed products when it is an option for me. Oh, and these earbuds are really nice! My second pair. I don't like the style with the stems, so these are a perfect option for me. I'm not an audiophile, but I like good sound and good bass and these do very well. Fit is very good, stay in my ears well. Very, very happy with my purchase!

This is the third pair of renewed buds 2 pros I've gotten from Amazon. The first was amazing and worked great but broke due to a fairly destructive puppy. The second one I ordered in good condition and it came with the right earbud not working at the same volume level as the left so I returned it for a refund. I decided to get the buds only option as I had a spare charge case to merge it with. Surprisingly this new one was touted as excellent condition and when it came it also had a case which I wasn't expecting. The problem was that both the case and the earbuds had scratches or stains which shouldn't be expected until the renewed quality is good or lower. The earbuds themselves were covered in a weird earwax film. Finally when I connected them to the phone, one read as *someone else's name*'s buds 2 pros, and the other was completely separate. As if they didn't even reset the buds to factory settings.When I finally got to testing the audio it was muted and distorted. ANC barely worked and the ambient noise option just purely crackled and completely blew out the volume level. Overall just super disappointing renewed experience in the last couple of orders. I will be returning this most recent pair and not purchasing from Amazon renewed options again. The only reason it even gets 2 stars is due to the original Amazon renewed working so well back in early 2000 teens era.
