I do not see Biotin listed in the ingredients list.

does it tingle the hair? I want conditioner which wake me up and I like tingle/mint feeling in head :)

This conditioner does not "tingle" or have a minty aroma. However, I use it because I have fine hair and this conditioner adds fullness to my hair. It also helps detangle long hair. It does what it says it will do.
