Disappointed with Inconsistent Product Delivery
I recently ordered this AC filter for the second time, expecting the same quality and quantity as my first purchase. However, I am extremely disappointed with this order. The first time I ordered this product, I received two filters that perfectly covered my AC, providing full coverage as expected. However, this time, I was only sent a single filter piece, which does not cover my AC entirely. This inconsistency in the product delivery is frustrating and makes me question the reliability of the seller. It’s disheartening to receive an incomplete product, especially when I had a satisfactory experience with my previous order. I now have a partially covered AC, which defeats the purpose of purchasing this filter in the first place. I would appreciate it if the AIRTH could rectify this issue by sending the correct number of filters as advertised. Until then, I cannot recommend this product to others, as there is clearly a lack of consistency in what you receive.

Not a universal design
It does not fit for all ACs mine is 1.5 ton LG AC after placing this filter on top there is huge gap on both sides, I don't think gems will see the filter at middle part decide not to enter via side open potion

good filter, damaged in packing
this packing bag lock tag is damaging your filters in packing. got a hole in 1 of my filters. 🥴

Not affective after Change in design
Easily finding that it's not working . Earlier there used to be two filters no meshs but now it's one filter 2 meshes . That change compromised effectiveness of whole thing .
