I bought this product in order to clean and recondition a light tan leather handbag which had faded and also had some staining on it (colour transfer from clothes)The first thing which is really good about this kit is that it contains everything you need for cleaning your leather item, not just the cleaning and conditioning products. You also get a spray attachment for the bottles, a sponge and a couple of lint free cloths. The cleaning product is used first. Dampen the sponge and put the cleaning product on it and squeeze so that a foam appears. Use the sponge to apply the foam to the leather. I did one clean of the whole bag and then once it had dried (which it does in a couple of hours as you are not wetting it very much), I spot cleaned any stubborn marks still showing with the corner of the sponge.Once completely dry you can use the conditioning product by applying it in a circular buffing motion with the lint free cloths. It is a clear gel which is absorbed easily into leather and the leather is temporarily darkened especially in areas of high wear / damage. It doesn't need a lot of buffing and once dry a second coat can be applied if you feel your item needs it. The conditioning gel doesn't have a strong smell, and it dries within a few hours without being tacky or transferring colour or product to clothes or other items the cleaned item comes into contact with. The bag has maintained it's softness and flexibility. I was really impressed with this and my bag has come up with a lovely finish, restoring its colour and condition completely.

Purchased as I needed something that easily works on a cream leather sofa. Perfect. Easy to use with the sponge provided in the box and even the cloth does the job too. Buy with confidence.

I was really impressed with how well this cleans! It’s not as effective on tough stains but perhaps with repeated use it might shift (I used the products on a white leather sofa). Has a nice scent too. Would recommend.
