Have you ever tried to cut a soft roll in half? This knife does it perfectly. And it cuts everything else as well.

The knife was a replacement for the knife that the tip broke off due to miss use on my behalf. I love using this knife to do delicate slicing.

I had to get used to the feel of the handle – it’s unusual. Solid metal but finely textured for grip, almost like ultra fine sandpaper. It feels to me a bit like light static in audio – an unexpected layer. But this is an absolute dream to cut with, intelligently balanced and ultra sharp.

I’ve used these knives for years and they’re the absolute best. The quality is top of the line. I’m pretty sure they will outlast me!

We had bought the set of Henckels knives and loved them all. The handles are very comfortable and have a nice weight fit to them. The blades are quite sharp, so cutting is effortless, even after about a year of daily use. They wash easily, sop we don't put them in the dishwasher. We have seen no staining or rusting so far.Unfortunately, while using one of the paring knives to separate some frozen sausages, I broke off about 1 in. of the blade. Yes,, I know this is a stupid thing to do, but I was in a hurry, and ... I was very happy to find that the paring knives are a stock item, and ordered two (in case I were to forget my lesson someday). They are a perfect match to the rest of the set. I strongly recommend the full set and especially the ability to replace or extend them.

And stays sharp! Dishwasher safe. What's not to like??

I bought new knives 30 years ago . My husband recently said we can't sharpen these knives much more, so I replaced them . Same knives 30 years newer . Thirty years of use is a very long time ! Love them !
