Steve Harvey - Don't Trip... He Ain't Through With Me Yet!

I totally, totally have to disagree with SoulSista1 - ANYONE who plays an ACTIVE part in the church can relate to ANY of the people he portrays in his script. For EACH Christian he described I put a face with it so I felt this DVD totally wiped me out; I cried all the way through it. My family and friends have laughed at this so many times that I brought 2 or 3 copies just to pass around (in case I don't get one back). It's been said that laughter is the BEST medicine and believe me I will turn off or leave a performance if there is any cussing. I made a committment to Christ when I got saved many many years ago that I would not cuss and praise Him with the same tongue. In this DVD Steve proves you do not have to use those words to be funny. LAUGHTER has been a huge part of my life and Steve (in this DVD) has enriched this Christian's life. God bless you Steve!! Now that you've gotten to this point in life I hope you stay there.

This DVD was recommended to me by a co-worker. The statements that were made were pertaining to how funny the material was and how funny Steve was as an artist. Steve Harvey proved to be sincere and amazingly truthful, as well as entertaining. His skill as a comedian is clearly seen as he works the crowd. I really enjoyed the fact that he was not offensive and that on purpose. He even made reference to that a few times in his performance. Bottom line is.....the DVD was just as it was described with a very touching and surprising ending. I have sinced passed in on to my family members.....who have expressed the same opinion I have.....they all enoyed it.

This is Steve Harvey at his best! I could relate to so much of what he said about the church and its judgmental attitude. Steve addresses real issues with humor and clarity! And he proves that 'Christians' can be funny. Even Hilarious. Great DVD. You will laugh yourself silly! Recommended for the religious right and left!

Had me laughing all the way through. I'm going to try 2 make it to the 2008 Megafest, hopefully Steve Harvey will be part of this again! My favorite 2 scenes are when he's talking about how Micahel Jackson has nothing but little white boys in the camp, and he talks about, you aint never seen no little black boys up in here, and then (LOL) he says "I aint got no little 8 year old friends coming up to my house ringing my doorbell saying ding dong is Steve In" My other favorite is where he talks about Taking Micahel to Church, and micahel coming out looking like "Captain Crunch" with all them badges he got on his sut" Watch it funny! Then other favorite scene is where he is talking about (Can't think right now but anyway's go and by it) "This is for both Christians & Non Christians"

Its a good video to watch with teen family, not for everyone though. If your easily affended dont watch. Im a youth pastor, and i watched this with my teens, they liked it, but some of their parents might not have. Its very modern/culture current. He does some stuff about the church that I laughed at but some christians might not think so funny. Therefore, if your no too uptight, its a good clean video with an ending where Steve pretends to deliver the announcement of the King of Kings and ITS POWERFUL!

I've never witnessed such a variety of clean comedy with a gospel flavor like Steve Harvey - "Don't Trip... He Ain't Through With Me Yet!". Steve Harvey has always been a down to earth, keeping-it-real comedian. I've never laughed so hard! I laughed myself into tears until my stomach hurt! I felt the sincerity as Steve did the way he would introduce Christ if he had the chance. I BET CHRIST HAD A GOOD LAUGH TOO & AT THE SAME TIME BLESSED STEVE FOR GIVING HIS PEOPLE A GLIMPSE OF CHRIST'S GREATNESS! It's obvious Steve Harvey is a man of God with imperfections like all of us. He takes his christian journey to a new level. THANK YOU STEVE HARVEY!

Steve Harvey "Is the Man". I've admired his character since he first started his comedy career. After watching this DVD. He has come a long way. This DVD is a must for anyone's collection. Steve is very clean and direct in his dialogues. He represents how we as humans really are. The DVD is even safe for kids. I can't help but watch it at least once a week. Steve Harvey did his thing. If you ever want to just sit down for a quiet evening without wanting to see just any movie. This is worth the purchase.

I like comedy, but not interested in the swearing. Steve Harvey is a very funny and talented comedian and I really enjoyed this DVD.

I knew nothing about Steve Harvey until I saw some of this DVD on television. This is one of the funniest standup comedians I have ever seen. If you like to laugh alot, buy this DVD.

To be perfectly honest what I love the most about Steve Harvey is his potty mouth , considering he is a devout christian he still talks getto , this movie was for a Christan conference or something and it lost all its "funnyness"(is that a real word). I love Steve Harvey , but I did not like this DVD.
