ink & stain remover for leather
New leather suite, 1 week old and a little 2 year old with a pen! Nightmare! Thankfully friend recommended this and bought with trepidation as suite is fine grain leather and was worried that the remover would leave patches of discolouration, but not an issue. Very pleased with results and happy to recommend. Oh, and all biro pens have been moved out of reach from little hands!!

Worked on leather but lightened its color.
I put this product on leather stool and left it on for an hour. It removed the black ball pen stain but changed color of leather a bit lighter.

Not what it's supposed to do
An ink stain appeared on my Leather suite, I was guaranteed that this product would do the trick in removing it; it does not, in fact I think it has made it worse, it says to add a small amount to the leather and use your fingernail to work the solution into the leather. What actually happens is that it scratches the leather and the ink does not go away. My advice to you is DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Read the instructions
I used this product on pen marks on my leather arm chair, it does not work quickly so left it on the mark for a few hours… in that time it took off the ink, but also a skin layer of the leather …

Patience required!!
When initially applied to the leather seat it appeared not to budge the ink marks and left discolouring of the leather HOWEVER like magic two days later the ink was gone as was the discolouring.

Doesnt work on old stains
Didnt work at all... ok so maybe thats unfair. it did get some of the stain out but only the superficial bits, the stains is very much there still. As my stain was pretty old (about a year), I worked at it from all angles, leaving the remover on for some time, scraping gently with a toothbrush, doing it a few times over the course of a weekend, and yet, the stain was still there. Again, as my stain was pretty old, that might be the reason why it didn't work properly so I don't know what it would do to a fresh ink stain. On that it might actually work.

Removal Fluid
Unfortunately this does not do what it is trumpeted to do and that is virtually remove any stain you can think of. It definitely does not remove felt tip markings from leather and was a complete waste of money
