Helps Sleep Quality
This was suggested to me by my ophthalmologist. It works for me on most nights. More REM sleep, lower heart and breath rates.

Seems to help with sleep but no weight effect at all. Pricey for what you get.

Be cautious when ordering this "Scientific" label
I made the mistake of not reading this ingredient label. This is a "Proprietary Blend" that does not list each ingredient separately with amounts. I had been given a very similar label by my Dr which worked great for Long Covid symptoms ...this one either has other added ingredients or is much stronger than the Resurge "Total "label which does list each ingredient with the amounts. I experienced dizziness and severe brain fog with this "Scientific" label and could not reach the manufacturer customer service to ask questions. Thank goodness that is over & I'm back to feeling the wonderful health benefits of the Resurge "Total". Sleeping well and energy level way up.
