Where can I find the probe tip?

We keep the probe above the back of the device. (Warm note: Be more careful when operating because of the sharp probe tip.)

Why can not the probe tip itself stay engaged? It keeps falling out.

You need to push it a little harder until you hear a "CLICK" sound, then it will stay engaged.
