Works well
It works perfectly with my DCC++EX system on my model railway. Great piece of electronics, well made and reliable. I have two of these and no problems at all.

NOT for 12v PWMs
VIN terminal is linked to VIN pin meaning if you drive 12v motors then you're back feeding 12v into your arduino. there's two solder pads at the back to join together the two VIN circuits but they're redundant because there's a permanent trace right under them connecting them anyway!! killed my arduino mega and my mcp23017 extender through overvoltage.

It does exactly the functions required
I used it to generate a DCC coded modulated bi-polar signal voltage to run a model locomotive which works very well

Well made and fits Arduino Uno with no problem
The pins are the correct length to fit onto the Arduino Uno (mine came from Elegoo starter kit). The product appears to be clean and well made. Not tested it yet but will be used to develop a DCC++ project and anything else I think of!

Failed within 24 hours
This shield failed within 24 hours of use. Not sure why, but massively disappointed as it is a waste of money. Will either have to repurchase to see if I get a better unit or look elsewhere. My suggestion is to avoid this unit.

Habe damit eine DCC Zentrale gebaut, (DCC++) In verbindung mit einem Arduino Mega und der Jmri-Software habe ich somit eine sehr günstige DCC-Zentrale aufbauen können, die sogar noch mittels WiFi per Smartphone steuerbar ist!

Lo he probado para hacer una pequeña central DCC++ y por el momento está funcionando sin problemas. Por mi experiencia, recomiendo utilizar una placa mega en vez del uno, por sus posibles pines de expansión extra para el caso de querer conectarle sensores a RocRail.

Ottima shield per Arduino, fa il suo dovere e funziona senza problemi, l'ho acquistata principalmente per la sua semplicità d'uso nel gestire un motore DC 12V e l'H-Bridge funziona egregiamente. Consigliato.

As a clone of a more well know brand, it stacks up very well against it for a reduced cost. No issues in setup or long time running. I would buy again.
