I have used this solid face powder for many years and nothing would induce me to change. It suits my skin and the colour range is excellent.

I have a sentimental attachment to this product as my mother used it. The fragrance reminds me of her... I’m 76 and have always used Max Factor Creme Puff pressed powder. It has remained a good quality and inexpensive face powder. Thank you 🙏

Got this for my Mom, it was still shrink wrapped, so very pleased, she uses this all the time. Good product, no need for coloured foundation, this has one built in, and is easy to use, no blending in with any base product. One of the longest going and best selling makeup products on the market, and its stayed the same all the way through, just had a few new packaging changes. We love Max Factor

It’s a shame that this doesn’t come with the application pad like it used to, years ago. It still has the lovely smell though.

I've never really used powder i usually use other forms of foundation, but this is a really good one.It smells lovely, makes your complexion clearer,adds a little colour to your face whilst blending into your own natural skin tone without making your face look like it's been tangoed. A good price too!

Do not think it is a genuine product. Will not purchase again or recommend this product. First purchase of this item from Amazon, firstly it does not have a powder puff applicator and it does not have a plastic film across the top to seal the product, ALL my other ones I purchased from Boots do have an applicator and are sealed. Also the packaging appears different.

This powder is so pretty. Beautiful coverage. Gorgeous alone more so then over another makeup. Has the classic old school smell. Still same beautiful formula. Perfect with a puff or sponge.

My all time favorite compact powder, never fail to give a flawless glow!!! One little issue is that they did not come with a sponge anymore.

I read a lot of reviews before making this purchase. It was very hard to figure out which shade I needed, since Max Factor's Creme Puff has been around for so long and there are several different shade interpretation charts floating around the internet. I'm Native American as well, which makes it doubly hard to find shades tailored to my light-medium-tanned skin. I finally settled on Candle Glow, which looked closest to my color (and because I really, really liked the name). It turned out to be a perfect match. I tried then threw away the "puff" it comes with because it's a very thin, very rough piece of what looks like Styrofoam (I'm sure it's not) and it hurt my delicate face-skin. After applying with a rubycell puff though, I was amazed! All I put on was moisturizer and Creme Puff, and my skin looked even, clear, and glowing. The powder didn't look or feel cakey, even after several hours. I did touch up every few hours, but that was more because I wanted to rather than needed to. My skin is usually a combination of oily T-zone, forehead, and eyelids versus dry cheeks and broken-out chin. Creme Puff kept my oil at bay and didn't make my skin break out any more. I have acne scars on one cheek that I hate, and this powder made them virtually impossible to see. The only thing that could be wrong about it is the scent. It is quite strong, like a perfumed baby powder. It usually takes about fifteen minutes before I can't smell it anymore. I'm mildly sensitive to smells, but this one doesn't really bother me. I could see it bothering others though, so purchase with caution. I've heard it described as "old lady perfume" too. All in all, I love this powder and can see why it's been around for so long. I definitely recommend it as long as you aren't sensitive to smells. I know I'll be buying it again!
