Damaged product
I am writing to express my frustration with the repeated issues I have encountered with the the Rubik safes i have ordered from your company. This is the third time I have received a defective product, with the most recent order arriving with a broken battery case. Given my past experiences and the inconvenience caused, I no longer have the patience to return the product again and have resorted to taping the broken battery case as a temporary solution. Not recomended.
