Relief you need
After massaging my feet with this balm I had the best sleep possible. It really helps after long walks or a heavy work day.

Getting hard to find
I don’t remember how I found this stuff. But I’ve been using it for years. For back, joint, and muscle pain. Hard to find now on Amazon. The red is my favorite but I have the green and yellow as well. Just love this stuff. Seems to be getting rare so I have a large stock of it now.

Red vs. Yellow
I’m a big fan of the yellow Amrutanjan, used it for years. Since it hasn’t been available in the large 50ml jar, I ordered this red Amrutanjan. Surprisingly it is less strong than the yellow one, despite being named Maha strong. I hardly feel any effect, but maybe I just got a bad batch?? I like that the red doesn’t have artificial color dye like the yellow.

Releases tension and relieves pain in the feet by mixing 3 litres of hot water and 3 litres of cold water in 2 sepate bowls mixing 3 table spoons of Epsum salt in both the bowls immerse feet alteretively in both the bowls for 15 mts at one mt in each time sinking the feet no side effects I am 76+ years old i am happy with this by relieving my pain and stiffness in my toes and feet
