First off. Customer service has tried really hard to help. What I found is that since this machine is sold internationally you have to teach it what kind of coins you are using. I'm in the US so I had to teach it quarters. After 100 failed attempts even using customer service videos I finally got it. The machine comes with a small stack of cups. While setting the water amount and coffee powder amount I pretty much burned through most of the supplied cups. When I attempted to locate the same cup on every avenue I could find on the internet, the exact cup that comes with a machine is not available. All of the other cups are too large on the top to fit through the dispenser or too short to sit on the bottom once dispenced. The advice for that from customer service was to remove the auto dispenser and manually insert cups. That kind of defeats the purpose of purchasing an auto dispenser machine. Also I didn't realize that 9 oz is less than the normal coffee cup we use at home. I'm using this in a business and can barely justify any kind of profit on this machine. When a gas station will give you nearly half a gallon of coffee for $1, I need $1 just to pay for the materials used. I will probably load it with hot chocolate and cappuccino and purchase a different machine for coffee. Blue short cup is available with lids. Taller white cup comes with machine but not available.
