Maybe Pick large if you are between xl and large. I usually like my tops loose but fit this shirt I will choose large next time. I'm 165 lbs and 5'9. The thumb hole was an extra piece of elastic which did not lay smoothly against the sleeve so it was distracting to have it there since I don't use it. I never mind thumb holes that are the same fabric as the sleeve. I ended up cutting the elastic out which solved my issue. I like the color very much and the extra length in the back. the shirt is very comfortable and I would buy again.

My mother loves the soft stretchy fabric and can’t stop raving over the comfort. She loves wearing it in the summer because it’s moisture wicking to stay cool even though it has long sleeves to help prevent sunspots and skin cancer while working in the yard or just for comfort while sitting in the air conditioning. She thanked me profusely when I sent her two.

I love the fact that I can be outside, stay fairly cool without a ton of bugs getting me. Only reason why not 5 ⭐️ for me is that I’m an apple shape girl and this shirt tended to slide up and won’t stay down. If it was longer it would have been better for me

This top is a rare find for the money. It is nicely made, sun-protective, and soft and comfortable. The color choices are great. I got the light blue but am considering another color now. It does run somewhat large, so if you are undecided, I'd try the lower size. Good buy!

Great for walks. Light and comfy. I ordered a size larger since I didn't want it to cling. Elastic for thumbs is nice too!

very light weight and see through. the neck doesn't have as much coverage as I would like for sun protection in water for snorkeling. Not sure if I am going to keep it or not. Ordered small. It fits a little snug but the sleeves are not that long.I'm 5'7"and wear size small usually.
