Microwave Wheat Bag Extra Long British Made 70cm - Unscented

Works okay, adding to my collection of pain relief items

I bought the shorter version and was pleased with it but it did not wrap around my whole neck so I bought this one. The product would be so much better if ribbons were sewn to the ends so that the wheat bag could wrap around the neck without having to hold it and allowing the wearer to do other things, hence the 4 stars. I have now sewn some ribbons to the ends of the bag and it is so much more useful. If the bag had come with similar ribbons, it would have been given 5 stars. I am pleased that it is a British product.

Came in it's own box which is probably better to g keep it in and find.We do have one somewhere on a tartan cover, but typically spent ages looking for it to no avail.This one however is large so as to drape around neck and hang a fair length each side without slipping.It has wheat stitched inti individual sections so that all contents cannot slide to 1 side/end causing it to slip.The covervis thic cotton more like a fleece which is comfortable to wear.We allowed 1min30secs.in m/wave to just over 2mins.....but do put a cup or other container of warer in with it for designated time.This causes a steam to dampen collar without it getting too hot and being damaged.It is odour free.If however you would like a scent you may add a choice of your own relaxing oil sparingly.Worth the little extra money for a bigger item.

I got this because I had a very sore neck and shoulder and wanted something to ease the pain. The wrap can't affect the pain of course but it does provide a lot of comfort. It's a good length for putting round your shoulders without slipping off. It's also comfortable enough to sleep with as you can shift the filling about so that there are no lumps sticking into your neck when you lie down. It may be unscented but the wheat in the bag does smell a bit. It's not unpleasant and doesn't irritate the airways at all. The velour cover is soft and comfortable and I would definitely recommend this to those with similar problems. I bought one for my daughter as well just to help her relax after a trying day at work and I think it works well for that too.

Purchased for an injury that I picked up as I thought it a good option for recovery. Brought it in to my specialist who said it was the wrong thing for my needs. It was brand new, tried to send back but this is flat out non refundable no returns. So now I tried it. If you need it for your neck the length is so long all the beads keep falling to the bottom. You have to keep moving the beads around to get them to stay in one area. It stays warm for all of 10 MAX minutes. It sweats and is unpleasant. The supplier has been super unhelpful and short. Not recommended
