Shelves Slant Upward
The eight inch brackets do not meet the wall at 90°. The shelf slants upward, a lot. I tried to show this in a variety of ways since it's not nearly as obvious in pictures as it is in real life.

Very sturdy
These are well made and strong. We are using them in a flea market booth, and we appreciate the flexibility these give us in being able to easily put shelves anywhere we want to. Very important when you have limited space to work with.
