I bought this product after searching for a booster antenna for my Foscam FI9828P this product come up in the search but did not work, I have returned it to the supplier for a full refund! And the supplier informed me it was not suitable for our camera! so my fault, but should it have come up in the search??

Trial to IMPROVE RECEPTION of AWUS036ACH with TWO 9 DBI ANTENNA
It is OK compared to the technical details : added to the AWUS036ACH , with an other 9DBI I had already Does NOT IMPROVE the intensity of reception (with 2 x 9DBI) compared to the 2 x 5dbi of the default AWUS036ACH package , BEST result is ACHIEVED with ONE small 5DBI on LEFT plug and ONE 9DBI on RIGHT plug , the reverse give much worst results, it seems there is a DIFFERENCE of action between the 2 plug , ANTENNA is OK otherwise

Does what it states on the box
I used this on my 3g wireless router in my warehouse. It boosted the signal really well and enabled my team to work much further away from the base station. I received this at a discount for my honest review

Harry Potter would be proud.
Techtoo sent me this antenna at a discounted price and asked me to write an honest review for them. Here goes!The first thing I thought when I opened the package was that it looks exactly like a wand from Harry Potter, and perhaps that's intentional because it works magic on my wifi. With this screwed into my router I can now access the net from my garden shed which is right at the other end of the house. I'm very pleased with the performance gains.Don't be afraid if you're not technically minded - all you need to do is unscrew the antenna from your old router and screw this one in place and that's it. No installation, no config, no reboot required, it will just work. The only thing I would caution is that you should make sure your existing antenna does in fact unscrew - some of the free routers that ISPs provide have antennae that are not removable. If it does unscrew there should be no problem using this drop-in replacement. If your router has more than one antenna I think you will need to replace all of them, not just one.The build quality is good and you can set it at three different angles for optimal signal. It's 15 inches long so that's quite a useful feature.All in all I've nothing bad to say, it is very easy to install and works wonders. Magic.
