These knives far exceeded my expectations. The quality was great especially considering how reasonably priced they were. I haven’t had a chance to use them yet but they look well made and sharp and hopefully will last a long time.

Very shar……Ouch!

First thing I did when trying out the searated knife was to slice my thumb open. I feel like the knives are made to last but I feel like they need better ergonomics in the handle so you can get a better grip on the knife. I kept fumbling while cutting an onion and found that the knife had slipped in my hand and the sharp edge was facing up. This happened several times. For some reason I just can't keep a good grip on the knives. I still like them and hope I will get more savy using them. They are both a great size and make a nice set.

I ordered a Henkel pairing knife from another retailer and the metal was very thin, so I was apprehensive about ordering these. But these knives are great and made from quality materials. I may just order another set at this great price!!$

I’m pleased with the sharpness of these knives. I bought them as replacements for my original set. These are lighter in weight than the original knives but they work well

Cut superbly, handle nicely. I expect them to last 15-20 years. I would buy them again (but probably won't need to).
