Works Perfectly
Not much I can say really other then it works like it should and binds all the ingredients together. Instructions are on the packet with what the maximum ratio you can use with out getting problems. I have used it in burgers and sausages with out any problems and will buy more when I need it. Having used other Tongmaster products they seem to be of good quality.

More BANG for your BANGER
I hadn't realised the importance of rusk in the sausage. When I first made them, I only put a small amount of Rusk in because I wanted a MEATY sausage. But some how the texture was all wrong. Sausages NEED rusk in my opinion, to soak up all the juices as it cooks and hold some of the flavour, otherwise it will pool out of the meat. This RUSK works brilliantly and if you want to make good sausages - go to SPECIALISTS like these chaps.

Missed these sausages for so long but not anymore.
I was very pleased with the Scottish Lorne sausage seasonings.I have passed the information on to a couple of my friends that are also from. Scotland. I did not realize it was so easy to get or I would have ordered it a long time ago. I will be ordering again soon! Thank you.

Rusk
What can you say about such a mundane product as rusk? The product arrived on time and did exactly what it said it would do. I hace sude it in sausage making making and would reccomend the rusk to anyone wanting to use rusk.
