Simple sample collection and quick results
I found the sample collection straightforward. I was careful to follow the instructions - I drank water in advance and swung my arm around vigorously just before using the lancet. I was able to fill the tube in about a minute.I posted the completed kit on Wednesday morning, and received results by email on Saturday at 10am.

Excellent testing service
Great service. Easy testing kit. Buying it a second time and will continue to check my free testosterone, SHBG and estrogen (aka oestradial and prolactin, the hormone that causes male boobs). I stopped drinking alcohol discovering that it was converting the very little free testosterone (1-2%) in the body into estrogen through a terrible enzyme called Aromatase. I look at alcohol as not only poison but also as chemical castration causing destructive effects on my body. This company only gives the numbers. It's your job to understand and convert the numbers to comparative scales that you can easily find on youtube, one such youtuber is Live Lean TV.

Brilliant!
Very easy to understand process, takes literally about 10 minutes do to. I've had my results in 2 days, as promised. I will definitely use it again. Highly recommend!

Waste of time and money
Did the test as described on the panflet came back as unsuccessful had back and forth emails of the company (this as been going on since February up to 20 days for a response) saying they will send me new test but I have to pay or upgrade to a super test at more expense or go to a clinic for free so asked where the local clinic is then stopped getting responses.So don't waste your time or money!

Clear instructions etc. Prompt results. Follow instructions to the letter to ensure maximum blood sample can be given.

Easy to fill vial for me!
Haven't had results yet as I've just took the test and returned it this morning. It was easy for me to fill the small vial. I will update with the response from the company.

Difficulty drawing blood
This is more of a tip for anyone else struggling to draw blood. If you run out of lancets something I’ve figured out is that you can split the used lancets in half and take the sharp part out and manually poke your finger, also If you poke 2 holes on the same finger simultaneously you can draw more blood quicker.had to do this twice as one of the lancets did not work and I couldn’t get sufficient blood from 2 fingers
