Works great. Smooth and quiet.
My daughter got me this for an early Father’s Day gift. I wanted to try it out today, so I pulled four fully capped medium frames from one of my hives. After uncapping, I loaded the four frames into the extractor. Spun them for approximately 3 minutes on 50% power, upped the speed to 90% and spun an additional 5 minutes. Flipped frames and repeated the process above. Did an excellent job and removed 99% of the honey. The operation was smooth with absolutely no vibration at 90% power. No need to hold the machine at all, and it was not bolted down, simply sitting on concrete floor. After completing the four frames, took the motor assembly off, removed the wire cage and rinsed all the parts with cold water with the garden hose. Cleaned up easily. 13 pounds of honey from four medium frames! I would highly recommend.

Spins them out
had no problems using this. Yes if you have uneven frames it will shake. do your best to even out the weight. For the price it has been a real work saver. The bottom of the legs needs to be fastened to a piece of plywood and I would recommend it sit strapped to a bench,

Works well
Works well but could be a little sturdier for 5 stars.

Extractor works perfectly
Received extractor right on time and was an easy assembly. There is a little red rubber washer that we didn't know what to do with, but it is an extra. The extractor comes with one already installed on the top center of the racks. The one that they send you is an extra in case that one goes bad.

Defective with horrible customer service
This honey spinner was purchased for my daughter for her birthday, but she did not need it until only recently (honey season). The motor worked for less than a minute. We reached out to customer service immediately (before the warranty expiration). Initially I was impressed with their customer service--they determined that the problem was with the "governor part" and the said they would send us a replacement part free of charge. This was on October 10.At this point I figured the part was in the mail. I was wrong. On October 23, I finally heard from them again. They said they are unable to send the part because it contains a capacitor and that is on the "prohibited item" list and that they cannot ship it. (Which makes me wonder--how on earth did they ship it to begin with?) They ALSO told me that the item is past its warranty date. (Apparently if they wait long enough--2 weeks in this case--then it passes the warranty date and they are no longer responsible.)Most recently, they want me to find a place to have it repaired and they are willing to give me $20 dollars. No thank you. $20 will get me nowhere. Do not buy this product. They will not stand by their product. In fact, I would avoid any other VEVOR product as well.

Very good value for money
Arrived quickly and in good condition. Easily assembled. No instructions though. Legs are sharp and they provide cotton gloves to protect you. You will need an adjustable wrench and a small Phillips head screwdriver. They also provide an extra red connection between the motor and basket shaft.

Great customer service
This honey extractor is solidly built. Customer service at Vevor has been fantastic (Rosaria). Mine had a speed controller failure and I am still giving it 5 stars because they really stand behind their product. They asked me a few simple questions about the problem and then quickly sent me a replacement part without charges of any kind.

If you like leaky extractor and like to get cut open buy this unit
Product does work as it should and Amazon support was great BUT BUT good luck trying to speak with Vevor support. They’ll drive you nuts All I was trying to do is get a gasket that would stop the leaking from where the honey gate passes through the stainless tank. The gasket provided was very cheap and wouldn’t seal correctly. If vevor spent a few more cents and bought a better gasket their product would be better.Another issue that could be corrected by Vevor is the rounding over or putting a protective piece over its stainless steel edges that are extremely sharp both on the top of the legs and the bracket on the top of the unit holding the power and the gears together. Take a look at the pictures as well as the two week old scar just now healing up. Got the injury when I put my forearm on the unit as it was spinning in order to stop some of the rocking. I’m willing to bet there are better extractors out there that are safer for us to use. I used some electrical tape to cover up the sharp edges so I wouldn’t get cut open again
