Spring (Seasons Board Books)

Lovely book with beautiful pictures, great for creating you own story as there is no text. My one year old loves it. Will definitely get all seasons for her.

This is a great book. There are no words just beautiful images of a little girl in spring. Its a real starting point for conversations about the spring and it signs and experiences. My 4 yr old daughter liked to point a the elements she knew about and tell me about them and then ask questions about those she didn't. The lack of story does not hinder its appeal.

Absolutely love these season books by Gerda Muller! My little one loves these picture books and and we spend so much time chatting over the pictures. Truly beautiful illustrations and a wonderful way to explore nature and the seasons.

Lovely board book with such big pictures!! I love that there are no words and you can make your own story, or just try to find all the different things in the pictures! Perfect for a seasonal basket of books!

I bought this book as I am very much into waldorf education and this is a lovely book with warmy feeling pictures.

My son (18 months) loves this book, and asks to "read" it a lot. The illustrations are lovely and open to many interpretations. A must for seasonal reading!

そのよう表記してほしいです。絵本は英語を教えるための副教材として使う場合もあります。この絵本の絵は素晴らしいです。言葉がなくても使いようはありますが、この絵に沿うようなきれいな英語を期待していたので、本を開いて、、、、少し残念でした。

My son is being raised trilingual (my husband and I speak different native languages, in addition to English). One of my biggest problems was reading books to my son - most books that he has are in English. I often would have to switch languages on him, when he'd bring me a book to read. These books, however, have no text, and the situations that they describe are universal - hence, perfect for multilingual kids. I can talk about the scenes in whatever language I am talking to the child at the time, and am also able to present the same set of words in different languages. The pictures are very detailed and realistic. There's also a nice progression in each season depicted. For e.g, spring starts with a girl playing with a lamb in a meadow, and then on to planting flowers, arranging tulips, family time indoors and outdoors, Easter preparations, etc.

Je suis réellement tombée sous le charme de ce livre. Je cherchais un livre sur le printemps afin de mettre en place la boîte des saisons avec mes enfants, et j'ai commandé celui ci sans trop savoir à quoi m'attendre. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix ! Les images sont magnifiques, il n'y a pas d'histoire écrite avec des mots ce qui laisse totalement libre l'enfant d'observer et de raconter SA propre histoire selon ce qu'il voit. Une chose est sure, je commanderai les autres saisons car vraiment, il en vaut le détour !
