Great for the price.
I’m very impressed with these shades. Comparable to ones much more expensive. Only reason I didn’t give 5 states was it was a little difficult to do the settings. Also I thought the Alexa set up was built in and would work with ECHO, when they said hub, I thought that the hub was Echo, it’s not. You need another hub such as TULA. You need to order this. Not all hubs will work. I haven’t got the hub yet , so I don’t know yet. I will update later. FOR THE PRICE THESE ARE FANTASTIC! Delivery was sooner than promised.Update: got the gateway smart zigbee, it won’t connect enough to make the shades work with Alexa. I tried both Moes App and Tuya. Al though the Tuya says it’s connected it won’t pair. I have called Amazon 4 times to get a support number to no avail, finally got help now I need to order a Bridge.

Dangerous, Unreliable & Nothing Like Advertised – Save Your Money!
I had high hopes for these "no-drill automatic blinds," but they’re a complete disaster. After two weeks of frustration, I’m returning them and warning others.**Critical Flaws:**1. **"No-Drill" = False Advertising:**The adhesive strips failed instantly. Within 24 hours, **both blinds crashed down** (nearly hitting my pet!). I meticulously cleaned the surface (as instructed), used extra mounting tape, and tried different windows. Nothing worked. If you value safety, *you will need to drill* – defeating the entire purpose.2. **Motor Malfunctions Constantly:**The motor jams, stutters, or ignores commands 50% of the time. It gets stuck halfway, reverses randomly, or just *buzzes* helplessly. The "quiet" motor is distractingly loud and sounds strained.3. **App/Remote Are Garbage:**The app disconnected daily and refuses to reconnect without a full reset. The remote only works if you’re 3 feet away, pointed directly at the blind. Scheduled opening? Forget it – it worked *once*.4. **Flimsy Construction:**The fabric feels cheap and unevenly woven. The plastic headrail cracked while adjusting it lightly. For the price, I expected quality – this feels like a dollar-store toy.5. **Zero Customer Support:**Emailed about the falling blinds and motor issues. After 10 days, a generic reply asked for a video "proving" the failure. No solution, no apology.**The Bottom Line:**These blinds are **dangerous** (falling hazard), **unreliable** (broken motor/app), and **cheaply made**. The "no-drill" claim is a lie, and the automation barely functions. Save your sanity and money – avoid this fire hazard at all costs.

Great blinds for the price
So far so good! The process from ordering to installing was easy. I still need to order more and get the bridge to link them together. They instantly offered relief from the sun in our chalet windows.

Inside mount could be stronger
Many of the other reviews state the inside mounting is easy. It essentially works by a tension spring that hold the shade up by pushing outward (in a lateral direction) against the drywall. I found the spring to be pretty weak, and the blinds would fall down within a few days. The set screw didn't really help much. If the blinds included better a "inside" mounting solution (ie, brackets that could be screwed into the drywall or window header), I'd rate these much higher. Otherwise, the blinds work as advertised.
