UPDATED REVIEW:I can not say enough about the caliber of this seller's Customer Service. I'm blown away by their prompt response and reaching out to me to offer a replacement or refund to ensure I was satisfied. I love supporting small businesses and I want to see them prosper; with this level of Customer Service, they have made me a fan and I will gladly try any of their products in the future. It's important that we help make that happen - especially when a seller goes so far above and beyond to reach out to a customer. I do hope others find these pads more than sufficient for their needs and rest assured, your money is going to someone who truly does care. CON: Not Very StickyThis is the second set of replacement pads I have ordered since ordering a TENS unit on Amazon a few weeks ago. I love the few pads that came with my unit but when I ordered replacements pads of that same brand, they came with a HORRIBLE chemical smell that gave me a headache while still in the package from yards away. Then I ordered these. I lov the individual packaging (each pair in it's own little bag) and that there was no odor at all. The problem is that they are not very sticky at all. I would say the adhesive is about a third of the strength & quality that came with my unit. Unfortunately, you have to open them and try them to find out they don't stay on well and then you can't return them. I will have to keep looking for another brand.
