American Excelsior Company Premier Straw Jute Net Biodegradable Erosion Control Blanket 4' X 50' - 200 sqft of Coverage

We built a new home near the beach. The excavation compromised a sand bank. We resarched a wide variety of products, and this was the most reasonable. It took 6 rolls to cover the bank. We installed the material ourselves. The seeds incorporated into the fabric germinated quickly and have stabilized the bank. We would highly recommend this product for similar projects.

This product is so sparse All it is is cheap netting with hay more fell out than stayed in the netting. I used it for making "bales of hay"for our fall decor at the nursing home I work at I figured it'd be cheaper than the real thing. This product is wrapped around cardboard boxes three or four times and some are still bare in spots .

Well, this photo is what it looks like unrolled. The first six feet or so are useless. At least in the roll I purchased, maybe others are different. It did arrive quickly.

Easy size to handle. Sturdy, it's held in place all winter. We purchased one, then a second as we enlarged our project. Next the neighbors o the sounth purchased two, then across the road they bought two also. Good product and arrived super fast. We're all darn happy with this product 😀

Not like the picture hardly any Straw at all

Absolutely terrible. I should have believed the other reviews! Do not purchase. I returned what I could!

Product is decent. Arrived quickly and very well packaged. Easy to unroll if you have a second person available, manageable with a single person. Could be a bit thicker/better woven but in my particular application I simply doubled up over the area I am trying to seed and grow grass in. Time will obviously tell on how it breaks down as the weather gets to it and grass (hopefully) grows. I will buy again when the need arises.
