These are just pretty much what I expected. These are your normal test clip test leads with banana plugs. What is nice is the banana plugs are stackable. They work well and the clips have decent spring loading to them so they stay where you clip them. I would prefer these be silicone jacketed as well as a higher Volt/Amp rating, but these do the job without issues. At this price I don't know what else one could ask for.

the wire are smooth and very flexible and the clips a sturdy will probaly last more than there mony worth

I've had crappy hooks before, and I've got a couple top quality ones. These ones are towards the nicer end. And the banana plugs are good quality too.

The wire insulation appear more durable and flexible. The J -hook appears to be better quality - as other suppliers appear to be too soft of metal and end up bending to “7” as best! These are my go to….

I received these as a Vine promotional item. I use test leads like this almost daily in my job so I've see the super cheapo ones and the quite expensive "professional" ones. The item is perfectly serviceable. Wires are solid but not super flexy like a Silicone insulated wire would be. The clip hooks are well formed and strong. The pushbuttons have a slight indent to help with pressing the clip to extend the hook. The housing plastic is above average and fairly thick. I pulled on the clip to see if I could pull it apart and it resisted. So that is good. A little pricey at $16 for the 5x test leads. Overall a decent set of test clips. Not Pomona quality but decent. Took one star off for the $16 price tag which seems a little high for a China item. Edit: I'm increasing my rating to 5 stars. I realized that Amazon with their Vine program is providing "better/good" quality items at higher prices rather than pushing the absolute cheapest China-made stuff. I approve of this move to provide some value priced merch. with upgraded quality and reliability instead of the absolute lowest price cheap-crap items.
