Great Addition to Ramen
I wasn't sure if this was going to be the best idea or the worst idea. It turned out to be great! I add a scoop to ramen noodles and water then microwave the whole thing for 6 minutes. The ramen gets cooked and the cabbage comes out perfect. Then I add some Asian sauce and peanuts and it is a simple meal with less than 1 minute of effort. And its so good!

So easy to prepare & always tasty!
I have been using this product for several months now, and no matter what I do with it it turns out really good. In the past I would buy a whole head of cabbage ( or, 2), cook a portion of it & watch the rest of it change colors in my frig... and, throw it out! Over time, I stopped buying and eating cabbage. Yet, I have always liked cabbage... And, it is very healthy. Buying it dehydrated is SO convenient & I love that what is left never spoils - it is always good & so easy to prepare. I am a twice cancer Survivor! Struggling to heal from what chemo, radiation and radioactive radiation can do to a body. It's NOT easy getting to a store on regular basis. I LOVE that This seller offers it thru Amazon, and Amazon delivers it to my front door! :) I prepare it in the simplest way I could think of : soak the cabbage with dehydrated shiitake mushrooms (sometimes omit the mushrooms) in hot water with a good quality bouillon for 10min. +++ till when it's convenient for me to cook it in the microwave for 6 min. It stays in my microwave till I'm ready to use it. I make it several times a week, and the left over keeps very well in my fridge. Lately, I add it to egg whites ( also dehydrated & I "remoisten it" beforehand), then cook it as an omelet. I'm certain that it would work great with fresh eggs! I add it to soups, ramen and stew concoctions - and, it is ALWAYS really good! This product will always be in my pantry! :)

Very convenient
It's hard to get excited about dehydrated cabbage, so let me just say it saves me a lot of time and I honestly cannot taste any difference than fresh in my soups and stews. I used some of it when I made corned Beef and Cabbage and it worked great.

Love this versatile dried cabbage for a quick veggies addition to meals
I love cabbage either raw or cooked and I particularly like this for quick meals. I use it to embellish all sorts of other foods. I add it to canned tomato soup for a very quick light yet nutritious meal. I will cook rice half way then add some of this to it for a healthy veggie addition. Occasionlaly I will add it to stews after they're cooked to add just a bit more savory flavor. I also combine it with other dried or dehydrated veggies and a packet of bouillon for a very quick and easy soup. I've also used it as part of turkey dressing! I keep this in my pantry, I consider it a staple of my diet these days.

I added it to my Campbell's soup. Tastes amazing!
Soften up pretty fast in my microwave mixed in with my Campbell's canned Soup. I microwaved for a total of 4 minutes, stirring once at 3 minutes. Let it cool (and soak) and WALLA... I loved it so much!! Can't wait to try it in other things... Awesome discovery!!💗
