Astronauts Deluxe Storage Case for Nintendo Switch

I absolutely love this case! It has a spot for everything for your switch! It is sturdy, easy to carry, and the design on the outside is awesome!!

I got this as an additional "travel" case for my nintendo switch and extra controllers. While it works great, it is a little big and I would say not really travel size.

This case fits all the accessories with cutouts to put everything in its place. It grips my wireless controller very snugly, has slots for the Switch, the dock, the cords, the wristbands, everything. There's an insert that lays over the Switch and the accessories, which sit in the larger, bottom portion of the case, and that adds more protection.The lid has a big zipper pocket on it, so extra storage there. There's plenty of space in the bottom for a few extra cables, but that extra space up top is nice too, since I could put all my cords there and store more fragile items in the bottom.The reason I say that is this:This case isn't a hard case, per se. It's actually pretty soft, to the touch too, and it's kind of flexible. Because the bottom portion has that thick, dense foam inside it, the bottom portion doesn't indent and seems very sturdy. Then there's the insert, that's inflexible, that lays over everything. While the lid is shallow, there's no support to it until it's indented to press against that cardboard insert. While it doesn't feel like it'll be punctured easily, I wouldn't store anything breakable there, because it has no support to stop those items from feeling pressure if this is sat on or stepped on. The lid is wide enough that the shape of it keeps from indenting too much, but it can still be pushed in easily.The design is pretty great. A close family member worked at NASA, so we're all space junkies. This looks clean on my shelf, and I store a lot in it to keep my gaming space as uncluttered as possible. I've taken to storing the games in the insert slots and putting up the cases. And now I magically have a lot more space!I'll use this on flights to keep everything together and organized. Even if it's not used for travel, it's an excellent decorative organization piece.I plan to pick up another for my son in a different theme. He could use some organizational help in his gaming space, lol, and this will help him out a lot. The price is very good, and I feel that it's been worth it so far.
