It fit.
It’s an oil filter. Fit my F150 perfectly and seems to have done a good job. Fram has been my go-to for oil filters

FRAM filters are great and save me money over other brands!
I love these filters after having used FRAM filters for decades on several types of vehicles and also using the high performance and regular oil filters without any issues. They work very well and are very cost effective. It is easy to replace and comes with a new O-ring. Just put a dap of fresh oil on the new O-ring to prevent it from getting out of place when tightening the filter.

Good filters that work as intended!
The better Fram filters (step above the basic 5,000 mile filter) are good filters and work as intended. I’ve used them for 40 years and never had an issue. There are some people that get stuck on a brand, and that’s fine. But don’t be afraid of this filter because of the name. The most important part of the oil change is the frequency and oil used. Change every 4-5,000 miles, only use full synthetic, and replace the oil filter every oil change as well and your engine will last hundreds of thousands of miles. Change it every 10 - q 15,000 like new cars are recommending and be prepared to replace the engine between 100 and 150,000 miles. Do some research on the subject and speak to real mechanics that are not working at your local dealership where you purchased the car. Consider yourself warned.

Mann acquired fram in 2022 I believe and I saw some great reviews about this oil filter despite poor reviews about the brand from the past. Used for my last oil change and have more than 1k miles without a check engine light lol. I change oil every 3-5k miles. Filters are filters you just want a decent one and this one seems fine for the money
