Taste good and they work. Not instantly, after a few days you will need to go the loo and it's a bit normal 😅 not constipated You will need to keep taking them if your diet lacks fibre or if you have IBS

Did the job but not the nicest thing to drink as its very grainy, like watered down porridge. Best to knock out back n rinse mouth out afterwards.

I expected 30 sachets, as all the others listed are. Instead, there were only 10 sachets, and there was no marking on the package to indicate the reduced quantity
