1- Absolutely beautiful, elegant
I purchased my 24 inch at amazon and my 21 inch at Macy's I will tell you everything about this luggage! 1- Absolutely beautiful, elegant, stylish, luxurious, grat material, well made! 2- You will certainly need a luggage cover, this is a light color case, if you don't want your case to get dirty and scuff marks you better get one.I did post a picture of my luggage cover i purchased at Amazon. I will be doing a review on that later. 3- the zipper is great so are the locks! The material of the fabric inside my luggage is so nice and soft. 4- the luggage comes with a hanger on each case and 2 shoes/laundry in each case I did purchase my 24 inch at Amazon and my 21inch. I really wanted to make sure i was getting the real thing and not a fake luggage. They are exactly the same quality! except the one i purchased with Amazon was better packed then my Macy's case. My 24th inch purchased on amazon came straight from delsey.my 21 inch the people from Macy's just put in the box in no plastic bag, there was only a few papers to protect and it did scratch my case handle. So amazon did way better. I was not paid to do this review! I purchased both of these cases, they are so beautiful and i could not settle for anything else. I did a lot research before my purchase. I hope my review was helpful.

Love ❤️ this Delsey!
I purchased the 24” white Delsey. I love the look of this suitcase and the size is just right for my needs. I use it for 5-12 day cruises. I fit my toiletries, a pharmacy homemade pack 10”Lx 10”W x3”H, shoes, hair heat stylers, and clothes using packing cubes. It rolls smoothly and the handle is sturdy. I have used it several times without any issues. I don’t carry-on when I cruise. I drop it off with the porters and have it delivered to cabin. I did purchase a plastic protector specifically made for this luggage from a different site. It fits like a glove and has protected the white color from dirt and scuffs.

Beautiful & perfectly practical
After dragging around a cheap soft sided carry on for almost 10 years (it was embarrassingly tattered & falling apart), I decided to replace it with a good quality hard case. I had a long list of features I knew I would appreciate and this bag has every one including having both halves of the inside zip closed which is strangely VERY difficult to find! I just received it today and though I haven't traveled with it yet it appears as beautiful as it is practical! It feels sturdy but light, the wheels spin effortlessly even on thick carpet, and no detail has been left overlooked. The travel hanger, two drawstring bags (one looks perfect for a pair of shoes, the other likely for dirty clothes) and multiple zippered pockets make it easy to stay organized. Will update once I've used it some but I'm confident I'll only grow to love it more. As an aside to anyone debating between this case and the much more expensive Bric's hard side carry on (which I've seen the inside of as my sister in law has one) this one has many more features and In my humble opinion is just as attractive. Would 100% recommend!

Everything it should be and quite elegant to boot but alas! didn't hold up so well
After 25 years of steady use I had to finally say goodbye to my trusty teal Carlton. That model's no longer in production and I was initially wary of the 4 wheel spinners; I'd had a few cheaper ones where the wheels broke after one or two trips. The Delsey is definitely not a cheaper model but with the amount of flying I do it made sense to pay for quality. I'm very glad that I did. Functionally it feels more like a steamer trunk - in the best possible way. The numerous zipped pockets and divisions between the two sides make it amazingly easy to organize everything you're carrying without worrying about things banging around. Having a handle on the top and side make it really easy to lift this into the trunk of your car or onto the bed in your hotel room. The attention to detail is obvious. The attached handles are softly padded, faux leather. The retractable one reached high enough and the mechanism seems well constructed. I understand and like the TSA approved locks but I trust the suitcase more than the TSA so I left it unlocked as I've grown used to doing for the past 15 years. As expected when I arrived home I had the "we inspected your bag" card but that was the only sign they'd accessed it. Often the contents are very jumbled up after inspection. I truly appreciated the ease with which the wheels lock and smiled to myself as, on the airport shuttle, so many bags rolled back and forth into the aisle while mine remained put. So far it's only gone from LA to Rio, changing planes in Miami. I'm optimistic that is will hold up well for a long time. November 2019 UPDATE: I still love this suitcase but I don't think I'll be buying it again- even though I got -and love- the carry on model. Twice I have arrived and found the suitcase cracked when I took it off the baggage carousel. Each time the airline (shout out to American) did the right thing, accepted responsibility and replaced it. So now I have owned this suitcase three times. I fear I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get an aluminum model. Yes, they dent but somehow dents add character, cracked plastic just doesn't inspire confidence.

Beautiful Luggage!
Stunning piece of luggage. Simple and elegant lines really make this shine. It doesn’t try too hard and really just has this really classy appearance. The lock is TSA compliant which is awesome, and it rolls incredibly smooth. At first I didn’t know what I would use the brake system for, but I quickly realized how useful it is for both normal use and storage. The compartments inside and the lining is also very nice. This also pairs nicely with a nice leather messenger bag. So far, i can’t recommend this enough. Absolutely worth the money. Also, I did see a few comments about people returning it due to not being able to open it. The bag comes direct with the default code as 000 and should be pre set to that. You just have to push the release button which doubles as where the TSA key would be inserted. To be honest, this did throw me off as I’m use to a stand alone release button, but this is just an incredibly minor “issue”.

Stlyish and beautiful bag both inside and out
I purchased both the brown and white versions of this bag. The white for me and the brown for my 16yo son. The interior of these bags is so nice. Even my son noticed; now THAT is a compliment! Both sides are zippered and the fabric is a soft brushed cotton-like fabric. There are a lot of pockets for a hard-sided case. You have to pack economically since the case doesn't expand. I bought some zippered compression cubes that help a lot. I like coordinating luggage and had a hard time finding personal items that would go well with these super-nice pieces. I've included photos for others that are having the same issue. We got a Herschel backpack for the brown one -- its appropriate for a 16yo boy and it doubles as our day-pack while out and about. I had a much harder time finding something for the white one for me. What I ended up with is a brandy (its really brown) leather Lily Jade bag. Its really a diaper bag, but when you take the insert out, it makes a super-functional carry-on bag with lots of pockets on the inside and the outside. It really makes up for the lack of outside pockets on the Delsey. The combination of these four small carry-on bags allows us to pack for up to three weeks away. I did break down and order a spandex cover for the white one in case I get lazy and decide to check the white bag.

Great suitcase, still works great.
Been on three trips with this bag so far: 8 flights and being checked, I'm in love! Best suitcase I've ever had (and I've had several in the past few years), the inside is lined with very soft fabric and it works great with my packing cubes plus both sides have zip up compartments which you never see, everything stays exactly where I put it, when I get to my hotel I can open it up and nothing has shifted at all! I check my bags most of the time but this is a carry on size so you can carry it on most domestic aircraft. I got the chocolate color because I don't like white very much. There are a few minor scuffs now but you can only see them if you look very closely. It doesn't tip over or forward, it's very well balanced and you can fit a backpack on top. Rolls very well. Update: November 2018 This suitcase is still going strong, it's been on over 16 flights now spending all but three of those in check ed luggage and it's come thru very well. A few months ago I found a medium dent in one corner at baggage claim (you could fit a child's fist in it) and I was concerned but it's been on four flights since and the dent doesn't seem to be an issue, it's holding up same as before and thankfully the dent isn't big enough to affect the interior space. Excellent suitcase, very satisfied.
