Got this installed OK by electrician but unable to connect initially as you need to scan the card on the charger to get it start charging. Nothing in the documentation included guidance on having to scan card to use and it's not obvious especially if you have never used or had electric car before

Not UK compliant
The system looks cheaply made and very much has a look that it was built very basic.I had 3 electricians look to install this and all 3 advised that it was nor UK compliant and non smart ev chargers should not be sold. All 3 refused to install.Also returned and it took me chasing the seller to refund my monies (they insisted on the tracking number before refunding)Overall, the whole product and experience had a very shady feel to it and I cannot recommend.
